The objective of the proposed consultants’ services is to support EVN in developing a comprehensive strategy for enhanced financing performance of its group of power companies, including EVN corporate, the Gencos, Power Corporation (PCs), National Power Transmission Corporation (NPT) and developing financial recovery plan(s). While recognizing the impacts of broader sector restructuring and general state enterprise performance issues as well as the on-going efforts to address them, this study will focus on addressing performance matters from financial, operational and technical perspectives.
