The general objective of this project is to provide optimal solution for hydro power plants under PetroVietnam for operation and bidding in Vietnam Competitive Generation Market to maximize its revenue as well as profit based on market rules, actual condition of power plants and number of reservoir operation constraints. VietnamMW uses its optimization solution named Max Hydro Power (MHP) and Artificial Natural Network (ANN) model named Market Price Forecasting (MPF) to support Hua Na, the tasks including:
